Upper Lodge

This single storey detached lodge sits in its own large garden surrounded by open countryside just outside the delightful town of Bowness-on-Windermere, in the heart of the Lake District. Originally a coach house to the bigger property, Upper Lodge is a fabulous retreat with family or friends, boasting character touches in combination with functional, modern features.

Green Yew Farm

Green Yew is a traditional farmhouse, recently extensively renovated to a high standard.

It has four generous bedrooms and three bathrooms (three showers and one bath), underfloor heating on the ground floor, a charging point for electric vehicles and is heated by an air source head pump. It's dog friendly for up to 2 well behaved dogs.

Situated a few km from Bowness, it has a private drive way and garden, and the back porch looks over the Winster valley. It's a truly special place!
